Personalized instruction never leaves you wondering, “What should I do next?” We start our classes with a relaxing stretching routine and amp up training with burst of cardio intense drills, plus bodyweight and core- focused strength exercises. Working out with others helps you stay accountable and motivated. We bet one hour in the dojang will feel much shorter than one hour on the treadmill.

Often, the battle to achieve fitness goals has much to do with our mindset. The practice of Tae Kwon Do helps to unify the mind, body and spirit, focusing on self-discipline and self-esteem. Getting started is easy!

As a new student you will start with a one on one session with a black belt instructor who will guide you through some basic Tae Kwon Do techniques and assess your current fitness level. After a discussion of your goals and expectations, you will join in with our incredible adult class for two additional sessions. This process will allow you to become familiar and comfortable with our staff and your classmates. We can’t wait to meet you!
